Today we will be covering a couple of meditation techniques, the first in-motion meditation, the second being a slightly zen technique based on a technique called just sitting or seated meditation.
In Motion meditation is fantastic for when you are behind on breaks, in the thick of it, or stressing about the future and need to break your trail of thoughts. This is performed spontaneously, no preparation or positioning needed, and can take as little as 10 seconds to as long as you wish.
The slightly zen seated meditation, is a great technique to assist in the shepherding your thoughts, by allowing sounds, sights, sensations to pass through you without passing judgment on them, you can apply this technique to the thoughts passing through your mind.
I have also created another video which is the dog walk without the chatter, which is below the meditation video.
As always let me know if you tried them out, what worked and what did not, and let me know if you have any questions.
For the dog walk with the chatter!
